- Rated 1 out of 5by The Ilmfurter, 9 months agoPlease don't install this addon. My antivirus software said, this is a malware.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16255010, 10 months agoI like the extension, BUT it seems that it has lost the ability to show the titles of the songs that are playing.
It is possible that some stations don't send that information anymore, but I am not able to find any station where the title of the song that is playing is displayed anymore...
Until this is corrected, only one star. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16958103, a year agoIf you are looking for a radio extension that streams smoothly and seamlessly, this isn't the one. Continuous choppy audio from the stream, and there doesn't seem any way to fine tune in settings.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 12606992, 2 years agoGrundsätzlich bin ich ein großer Fan des Worldwide Radios. Leider funktioniert er bei mir nicht mehr. Habe die ERweiterung gelöscht und wieder installiert. Kein Ton. Falls jemand eine Idee hat, wo das Problem liegt, würde ich mich über einen Tipp freuen.
- Rated 1 out of 5by albie, 2 years agoPoor guidance on use. For the UK there is only one station for the BBC and that is BBC Persian !! The UK has loads of good music and talk stations without adverts but where are they hidden? Instant uninstall for me.

- Rated 1 out of 5by SoulEaterKitty, 3 years agowhen I first started to use this, it worked fine. After a couple months away from using it I couldn't get any stations or music genres to work
- Rated 1 out of 5by Danny Blast, 3 years agoMy about:config settings are OK, but I tried about a dozen different stations in multiple countries, and not a single one plays.
- Rated 1 out of 5by TELLALL4ALL, 3 years ago10-20-23: Developer, sell your program or give it to someone who can develop it properly as you are incapable of doing it. Can't keep settings requires frequent reinstalls. server is slow to respond. Stations connections are flaky and interrupted often. Developer has no interest in improving the program or doesn't have the skills to do it.
9-11-23 Ratings here are from people with LOW expectations. Nothing changed, works I estimate about 70% of the time. Guy must have a slow server or bad net connection it's so slow to respond, requires frequent reinstalls because program cannot keep your id. Stations mostly will not accept non-USA based proxies and won't connect. Wish the author would sell it to someone who can fix all the bugs and make it a good program.
7-28-23: cannot keep settings, requires constant reinstalls. Banned by brave browser as it outs your privacy status and you cannot use private mode or tor with it. Brave calls it "malware". Guy who writes this program thinks he's a programmer, he is not. He cannot fix the bugs posted many times here.
Very slow server response, stations frequently out of order or drop connections. Cannot use portable browser with this. Mozilla should offer a reward for a GOOD radio program as there are none now. Hijacks your browser directing it to one of his ads for his other addons all of which got bad reviews. Better to get a short wave receiver for better radio listening than use this junkware.
5-15-23: had to reinstall twice in one hour. Can't keep radio connections, can't keep settings, can't keep functionality. We need someone besides some script kiddie to produce a REAL radio addon that works consistently. This one is not it. Shows how low the standard is by ffox to "recommend" an extension. All the radio addons for ffox are crap. Not a good one in the bunch. Slow to respond, slow to load, unstable can't keep settings. I'm gonna buy a shortwave radio enough of this crapware.
3-17-23: The best radio addon I've checked lately. Still needs improvement in speed of connection and ability to weed out non-responsive stations. Still requires occasional removal and reinstall to get it to work, but not nearly as often as a year ago or so. Privacy concerns. Many stations block connections by country, need to add a proxy feature to route through a proxy IP. Need to be able to save settings across reinstalls rather than make a user keep setting them over and over. - Rated 1 out of 5by HonestReviews, 3 years ago4-25-24: Another example of an addon that is "recommended" and is junk. Requires frequent reinstalls. disconnects often. SLOW to load, cumbersome GUI. Can't find stations because his server or net connection sucks. Junk Junk Junk.
Banned by Brave as "malware".
7-4-23 update: What can you say about an addon that never gets any better? Still painfully slow server response. Author can't figure out a way to place cookies so you don't have to reinstall the program everytime you clear data on you browser. Won't work on portable browser I use. Tiresome having to reinstall the addon every time because it can't keep your ID settings. PITA GUI with too many settings and clicks needed to set it up. You'd think Mozilla would be able to attract better add-on authors for radio but they are content with recommending junky addons. I guess we are stuck with this crippleware as none of the others are any better and mostly worse.
5-2-23: Among all the terrible radio addons this one is the best of the worst. Requires frequent reinstalls to work. SLOWWWW server response. Many breaks in audio feed can't handle intensive cpu operations without breaking the feed. Need to reprogram to automatically remove and reinstall this crappy addon. Might have to look for a better way to listen to stations than using this slow, buggy addon. Sad. Had potential but developer can't seem to get there.
4-7-23; started off terribly then improved greatly and not month or two later back to it's old buggy behavior: sound not working, have to reinstall it. They should have a remove, reinstall button in the program you have to reinstall it all the time to get it to work. SLOW SLOW server response, must be running a commodore server and a wet string tin can net connection? No really good radio programs available last time I checked a few months ago. This is the best, but not saying much.
11-25-22 noticeable improvement in it's ability to connect to stations and keep the connection even with no cookies. That's good and welcomed upped on star hope it lasts.
10-2-22 same ol same ol-have to remove and reinstall to get it to work. Junk. No good radio addons available. WHen it does work, slow as a frozen turd in the Antaractic. I guess these addon developers must view addons as something they can practice their crap programming skills on? Stations deny connection at their whim and you can do nothing except reinstall or change browsers. Why list a station that is totally unreliable? Sound quality sucks. Drops connections if your computer goes to sleep -clip to meet 4000 characters - Rated 1 out of 5by lone_thumper, 3 years agoUnfortunately, it didn't work for me. Not to mention, it didn't include any "K" stations from the US, only "W".
- Rated 1 out of 5by fireside, 3 years agoIt doesn't work for me. I tried multiple stations in a couple countries. One being the US where I live. It shouldn't require about:config settings. Because I am manually clicking the play button on radio stations in the addon. That is not autoplay.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Patrick Kurzke, 3 years agoDie Berechtigungen die dieses Erweiterung haben möchte sind viel zu viele und für den Betrieb völlig unnötig! Direkt wieder runtergeschmissen!
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 10523590, 3 years agoAudio advertising is getting worse and worse. Too much is too much. More and more radio stations no longer work. I'm uninstalling that thing now.
